Well... I m starting this “blog” so i don’t forget my goal. In the past i was able to lose 14 kilos in 1,5 year and been keeping it off ( doing IF ) But i recently been having back problems and sciatica for over 3 months with horrible pain even resulting in a back medical procedure. I m still struggling with this and been told that weight loss and exercise would be beneficial for me. So... I m starting again... little by little and i need to stay focused, that s why im writing this.. I lost the weight just by being consistent with fasting hours If you have any tips, i would be grateful!
So, ill start with 24 hour fast today and will comment tomorrow how it went.
