Lost 8 pounds in my first 2 weeks but am feeling very brain foggy and anxious, is that normal?

Howdy y'all! started my health journey 2 weeks ago, and decided to take it seriously, cutting myself back to 2000 calories a day, cutting simple carbs, going on multiple daily walks, some exercises with dumbells, etc. Plan on first losing first 30 pounds like the doctor told me I had to, and then a total of 70 if I can so I can be a healthy weight for the first time in my time!

So far so good, down 8 pounds to 289 pound (i'm 6 foot 5 for the record). but... my brain has not been doing so good for the last 4 days. I am just straight up being dumb, practially every sentance has a typo in it I have to edit out, I'm loosing track of time, I'm feeling anxiety for no good reason. My brain just feels like its working at half capacity.

Is this a normal thing in weight loss y'all have gone through? If so, how long did it last? Any tips for getting past it?
