I officially "restarted" my weight loss plan in mid-April, so I've been at it for about a month now. I didn't start off too fast, really just trying to get into the walking habits and CICO phase again.
I have now developed a habit of walking first thing in the morning before work (without fail) and walking every afternoon right after lunch, and getting in between 11K and 13K steps a day.
I got a new Renpho scale on 5/10 and got my weight and measurements (which I'm so stoked about, because I can check all of the other stuff, not just weight, for progress).
I weighed myself this morning and I'm officially down 10 lbs from my restart weight! So excited! My plan is working and I'm proud of myself!
I am going to stick with this and make it happen, and hopefully by sometime next Summer, I'll be close to my goal weight!
This forum has been so inspirational and I'm going to continue to read and post as I continue on....thank you to all who share on here, it makes a huge difference!
