Starting over is hard

As much as I acknowledged back then that it's a lifestyle change, I did not make it a lifestyle change and now four years since I last posted on here I'm an unfortunate 56 lbs back up

And since now there are factors such as general discouragement from partially "failing", and the anxiety and distraction felt by a poor, heavily indebted student about to graduate into a recession (yay), it turns out that it was more fun as a HS senior, with college to look forward to, shredding 10 lbs a month with little to worry about.

It's a very different sort of challenge this time around. The number to lose is smaller, thank god, but so far it has proven more difficult. I've been trying, but I've actually gained 2 pounds since this lockdown started. I have a whole new respect for the other busy grown-ups on here who are dropping the pounds while managing everything else, and I am now open and eager for advice on how I can better fit weight loss into this busier, more uncertain life

So yeah, I need to reintroduce myself and rejoin this lovely community (which is huge now, I might add. I last remember there being ~300k subs)
