Ive done a massive yoyo again, for the millionth time in my adult life. Doing well but its almost all back again. I want to get myself truly motivated. I was watching a video on motivation and I wanted to know what truly motivates you guys? Not just to lose the weight but to stick to keeping it off? I feel so weak having failed so much in keeping it off.
I honestly cant believe ive gained weight back during this whole covid situation but it seems like i cant motivate myself to get back into the weight loss. Even though its probably more important for me to lose the weight than ever right now. Im pretty scared.
