I have been the same weight now for 3 weeks (weighing myself every morning and it varies by about 2 pounds either side). Been eating 1200 calories a day meticulously counted on myfitnesspal.
Since I wasnt losing I added in a 25 min full body dumbell workout from about 10 days ago every day (was only doing yoga every evening before this).
Does anyone have any advice for helping the scale move again? I cant really lower calories any more and have also been walking briskly for about an hour a day.
It's so demotivating not seeing the scale change. Would love some advice or ideas on how to break this plateau!
