During quarantine I gained 10kg. It’s not easy to say and I don’t feel confident AT ALL in my body, and although I am still in the right range, I feel it and it hurts. I recently started working out every day following a muscle building/weight loss programme and am also waiting for my dietician to give me my schedule. I am also trying to go for a walk everyday, although I can do approximately 5000 steps before feeling tired, but I am confident I will be able to do 10000 in a month. Now my question is, how long will it take to lose those 10kg if I stick to the schedule and everything? My dietician told me it’s better to lose slowly rather than all in one go, which I agree with. (For the record, I’m 22/F, 170cm tall and weigh 70.5kg) Thank you in advance and sorry if this is inappropriate:)
