Longtime lurker and I have been curious about what you do for motivation surrounding a reward system. I have seen things online where you reward yourself often to stay motivated, but has anyone done the opposite? I was thinking of a major goal to hit before rewarding myself and then make the goals smaller and smaller. For example, 40 lb weight loss = reward, then 20 lbs, then 10 lbs and so on. I have a huge goal of losing 100 lbs before I have baby #2. I'm a 30F, CW 270, and I'm 5'5". Struggled with my weight my whole life and some health issues lately have lit a fire under me to get this going.
