H: 5’6” | SW: 84,7 KG | CW: 83 | GW: 76 KG
I started on august 1st and for the past 2 weeks I’ve lost 1,7 KG. During the 1st week I lost 800-1000 Grams, mainly I think because I started portion control, the second I lost about 700 grams.
Entering my third week ( I started on the first Monday of august) my weight is stuck at 82,8-83 KG, same as last week. Is there anything I’m doing wrong?
Also: I work out every day since I started, One day HIIT for 20 mins, the next day functional training
Functional training: 4 sets, 1 Set: 10 Shoulder presses 10 Bicep curls 10 press ups
HIIT: 3 sets, 1 set: 20S rest intervals 40S High Knees 40S full body crunches 40S Mountain climbers 40S Bicycle crunches 40S planks 40S Burpees
Edit: Also does cutting sugar really help during weight loss, or is it the same as just reducing it (i.e like one brownie a week thing)
