I have a binge eating disorder, and obviously this crashes with my weight loss journey. So far I’ve lost 35 pounds, and which I’m not the most proud of. I’ve had a lot of set backs, mental health issues. So much going onto me.
To try and stop binges, I gave myself a binge day twice a month. Today is that day.
I work at DQ, so i get ice cream and food for free. I’ve been pretty good holding myself back with the ice cream.
When my shift started today I made a blizzard, put it in the freezer, and went on.
I’m currently in my last 30 minutes, on my break. As I’m sitting here I realize..I don’t want to eat it. It’s not appetizing to me. And then I wondered if any ice cream we got sounded good..and it doesn’t.
So I’m excited to go home, do a workout, and eat some wheat things with cheese.
