I’d like to drop 55 lbs in the next 6 months. I know it’s possible before January but with my weight loss slowing down it doesn’t seem likely. I’ll have to find energy to take the bus to the gym every day, Which I haven’t gone since June. I do all my workouts at home.
Okay, So here’s the master plan:
Workout 20 Minutes. Stretch for 15 Minutes. Walking: 20 minutes.
10 Minute add ons if I have energy!
I used to be able to do 30 minute workouts with Caroline Girvan, but I don’t have enough energy, So for now I will stick to 20 minute workouts with 15 minute stretching in the morning. I will add on what I can. I hope that will help wake my body up. Even with just 10 minutes of stretching I saw results within 2 weeks!! Can’t wait to see what happens. Some days I will do 20 minutes of yoga depends on how I’m feeling. For walking, I used to do 45 minutes, I’d like to work back up to that. I will start off with 15-20 minutes just to get my body moving. I don’t need to go to the park, I’ll walk on the main side walks. I always see the early morning runners.
So ready to get started!! Not sure if I’ll update since I am taking a break from Reddit. Maybe if I finally reach my goal. But thanks to this sub for keeping me motivated!!
