I am a chronic dieter... I have been obese all my life. A few years ago, I did weight watchers, lost 80 pounds but have now gained it all back. I remember being so motivated back then, but I can't find that motivation now. I re-tried weight watchers, Noom and Slimfast and have failed them all within a month. I am currently only 30 pounds away from my highest weight.
Where do you find your willpower?? Why is it so difficult to stick to a plan this time? Have any of you been in this predicament before and were able to overcome it? I feel like my last resort is medication or weight loss surgery.
