So I (F24 SW:165 GW:125) I am restarting my weight loss journey after being a some what decent weight of 135 before COVID. Now since the whole “quarantine” thing happened I’m now at 165 , so I gained 30 pounds and I’ve never weighed this much since middle school (I was a chubby child) and I keep trying to do CICO but I feel like I have no will power bc my boyfriend is always eating out. I keep failing after losing 10 pounds and just go back to my old ways until I’m now at 165! ugh so I’m going to a weight loss clinic tomorrow and they have a lot of good reviews but I’m scared I won’t stick to it!!! Help motivate me to stick with it !
