F; 70; SW: 300; CW: 290; GW: 150. I started my weight loss program about two weeks ago, and have lost about 10 pounds. I’m doing a combination of low carb, no sugar, low calorie, and intermittent fasting. I do no not eat unless I’m hungry, and I have a greatly reduced appetite now. Breakfast is a protein and fruit; lunch is more protein and lots of vegetables. I’m not very hungry in the evening, so I typically eat a plate of celery dipped in salad dressing. Thank you all for your encouragement and support. I need to lose 50-75 pounds to have my left knee replaced. I’m targeting May for that.
