Tips to keep on losing weight

So a year and a half ago I weighed 250 pounds. Currently on 210, but a few months ago this used to be 205. I've been exercising and eating right since then.

The problem is... lately I've been feeling really unmotivated to carry on with my journey. I barely make an effort to resist to sweets at all, unfortunately. I've been finding myself eating sweets 5 times a week instead of 1/2, when I was really focused on my weight loss. (bright side: still eat vegetables everyday, twice a day)

I think about sweets for a very good part of the day, to be honest. It happens especially when I'm bored, sad or frustrated. It really sucks.

Also I've been on vacation for the last 3 months, and I know it doesn't help. In june (before the holiday) I had this plan in mind to eat well and work out a lot, but without a steady routine I ended fulfilling half of this. Hence my craving for sweets. I've actually gained a few pounds (~5) in these last few months and it obviously makes me feel frustrated. To be on a regular weight, I'd have to lose 50 pounds. But for now I'd like to lose 20. Advice?
