14 years old, 240 pounds and struggling.

I’m 14, and I’ve been 200+ pounds since I was 12. I’ve been counting my calories for the last couple weeks, and even before I did count I was probably eating 2000 calories a day as I really don’t eat a ton. I play about 3 hours of basketball a day and bike for around an hour and a half. I’ve been doing this for about a year, and during the winter months I’m on an travel basketball team. I’m 5’11, so I’m tall but still extremely obese. What else can I do to help this weight loss journey? I’m really struggling mentally with this and just looking at myself is hard to be honest. I don’t know what else I can do to get this off. My goal weight is 160 lb. Counting calories has helped ( 1500 a day) but I could really use some tips on how to lose more and be healthier over all. Any tips are appreciated. Thank you Reddit!
