Any tips on losing 75lbs?

Hello /loseit!! I am an obese male 5'5, I just hit 196 pounds, and I was 205 pounds two weeks ago. I suspect most of the weight loss was water weight. I recently went sober, which has been an enormous help in terms of actually being able to count calories and have energy to work out. I bought a Concept2 rowing machine that I am trying to use 30 mins and 3 times per week. On other days, I follow along with yoga youtube videos to increase my flexibility, and then walk around the block with a sprint uphill (I live in a very hilly area). I also have a pull up bar, and I try to do 10 second dead hangs every other day (my upper body strength is terrible and I cannot do an actual pull up yet...)

This is my second time trying to lose a significant amount of weight - in 2014 I hit 190 pounds and then was able to go down to 135 pounds. But the weight slowly crept back up over the years and then some.

Anyway, I have had a lot of success with my diet for the past week - just making sure to stay under 1400 and staying full with a lot of fruits and vegetables. I follow a Pescatarian diet. I drink black coffee in the morning, green tea after my workout, and herbal chamomille rose tea before bed.

In terms of medications and supplements, I take a biotin supplement, Lexapro, Finastride, and am on Atenolol.

Also doing 16:8 IF. At night time at around 1AM I get soooo hungry and get insomnia, but it is getting easier each night to fall asleep my body adapts to the change. I will definitely continue my sobriety as I work to get into the healthy weight range again. I do not like going to gyms and would prefer to work out at home. Does anyone else have any tips on staying motivated, or other work out routines that can help me make more efficient progress?
