Focusing on losing it and being happy

Back in 2016 I lost 84lbs, I went from 205 pounds to 121 in less than a year. Since then i developed an eating disorder and lost my monthly cycle due to strict dieting, fast forward to now and i'm now 159 pounds with a monthly cycle again. I don't like this weight but I know for my BMI i'm only about a stone overweight. So my goal is to just lose 14lbs or so. I don't want to get too obsessed with the weight loss again but I also want to feel good about my body once again. My eating right now I feel is under control but i've been maintaining my weight over the last few weeks. I'm just posting this here to focus on the goal and to try and stay on track. Reach my daily step count, track my calories and macros, and live a healthy life.

Does anyone find that weight loss is harder after losing weight previously? Maybe it's just me.
