I am on Amazon about to order some meal prep containers. My goal calorie intake is 1800 (give or take 100-200 here and there)
+ Coffee (175 calories)
+ Breakfast
+ Lunch
+ Dinner
+ Snacks
I will be in classes from 9AM-5PM every other day so I need to be able to pack 2 meals and be ready to go (no stove/microwave/toaster). On days I don't have classes I have access to stove, oven, microwave, etc. I also own a slow cooker.
I do not have any dietary restrictions except peanuts.
I do not want to meal prep every day. I'd like the meals to last 3-4 days. I plan on meal prepping 2x a week at most.
The reason I'm making this thread is to get ideas and inspiration. The things I've been eating/doing recently have become very boring and I feel very unmotivated. I enjoy looking through youtube videos of what other people eat in a day. So I thought it would be a good idea for the /r/loseit community to make up meal plans for me!
