I sometimes fall off my diet and meal prepping and I’ve been trying to figure out what the triggers are which cause me to fall off. To no surprise it tends to be some form of laziness. I enjoyed cooking before I started to focus on weight loss but sometimes would have nights where I would either just get drive thru food or I would cook something like a couple hot pockets or just throw some hot dogs in a pan, essentially something with little to no prep and would be done in minutes because I just wasn’t in the mood to cook that night. I’m looking for ideas that kind of emulate the work required for these laziness nights to replace these unhealthy habits. I know there’s not really anything fresh that I can just microwave for a minute or two and have a whole meal, I’m just looking to get as close as possible. Thanks!
