Not related to weight loss, but don't know where else to post...

How am I not overweight right now?

I got sick of yo-yo dieting constantly, and wanted to go back to eating "normally" (though my normal is terrible😖). I also wanted to see how I eat so much without being overweight.

I am female, 28 years old, 5 foot 8 & I was 140.8 lbs on December 20, 2019. Not active at all. The only exercise I get is walking around at work or walking to get some snacks in the kitchen. I normally eat like crap;

• I skip breakfast until 11:00 or past noon daily • I eat a payday or snickers on my break • I eat A LOT on my lunch break ( usually 1 ravioli can, 2 oranges, 1 outshine popsicle, a snickers and 1/2 a 20oz soda) • I come home and eat ramen, usually 1 or 2 packs/cup noodles, it depends • Dinner is either a big bowl of fruit or a small bowl of chips (Lol)

I eat between 2100 to 2300 calories a day, but most calculators say I only need 1650-ish or MAX 1700!

How am I not bigger? I don't exercise, I track my steps but it's usually an average of 4500 a day. I eat terribly and I don't drink enough water. I don't have a lot of muscle either. I'm what you'd call skinny-fat.

So how is this possible? Am I taller than I think? I know taller people need more calories...

I don't know if I even believe in "fast metabolisms" because sometimes people just don't eat enough.

Do I have long hollow legs?🤣

Sorry for babbling (and sorry if I posted in the wrong thread), but if I could get an answer, that'd be cool.
