No weed munchies after weight loss!

Today I smoked weed for the first time after about 2 months of not smoking. In this 2 months was the time I began really focusing on weight loss (CICO) and tracking my calories daily (I’ve lost close to 10lbs, and not planning on stopping any time soon). Before today, I remember getting crazy munchies every time I smoked, and I would ALWAYS end up getting junk food and essentially binge, making weight loss harder. But today, I found that I didn’t get that overwhelming urge to eat! It’s like my body wasn’t screaming at me for food. It made me realise how much of weight loss is just solely based on mindset and discipline, and I felt proud of myself for resisting junk food. So all in all, a non-scale victory? <3
