Hey guys. You ever think about how it affects us? For example everytime we get hungry our bloodsugars are down and it signalizes to us that we are hungry and need food, even though our bodies have enough fat to keep us going for a long time. After a big meal we usually lounge around and get sleepy. The next day it feel like a train ran us over and much hungrier that day. So i'm thinking this is probably the inflammation that occurs after a big binge and the hunger comes from too much insulin being secreted which in the end absorbs too much bloodsugar. Leaving us hungry after a binge. Which feeds into more bingeing.
So by keeping a constant bloodsugar by avoiding sweets and huge carb heavy meals it technically should become very easy to lose weight because the body does not signal hunger because it can't. By avoiding huge carb/sugar binges the body does not overproduce insulin. By this balance hunger rarely occurs and weight loss becomes effortless.
