I Need Advice!

I am really hoping you can help me. So long story short. 52F 5"3 282. Ugh right? First of the year started using my fitness pal.
The first 3 weeks I didn't have a scale, so the 282 is of this week. I will preface this by saying I already feel fantastic, less bloated, absolutely no cravings, even with a house full of kids and junk food. My anxiety level dropped to just about 0. Great! Being Italian I'm very sad when I make them pasta and bake them bread but no cheating at all. I'm proud of that. So my goals per the app are 1320 calories, 99 net carbs, 99 grams of protein, 59 of fat. Personally I've been keeping my carbs from 35- 45 grams hitting the protein goal and actually trying to stay under the fat. I'm old school so I still think higher fat more weight. I've been walking a half hour a day, it's freezing here, and I bought an under the desk exerciser that uses resistance bands and works your legs and core. I do that usually 15 min at a time and try to 4x a day while working.

Many days I am not reaching within 300 of my calorie goal so the app will not project any weight loss and warns me.

I am eating all healthy foods, dark green veggies and some carrots, berries, an egg here or there, lean proteins, some bacon, salmon and shrimp. I tried a few meals with steak but not a fan and it hurt my stomach.

Any suggestions? With carbs so low should I worry about fat?

I'm also only at about 100 ounces of water a day (I'm trying!) With 1 cup of black coffee and ice in berry smoothies.

I am taking vitamins including potassium and magnesium and iron as I struggle to hit the daily allowance.

I've gone up and down 1lb this week as well. Seems like it should be more, but I'm in it for the long haul.
