Hey guys! So I’m always hearing about how bariatric surgery is so effective and worth it and I rarely hear about the detailed drawbacks or effects. As a person with a BMI above 40, I’m considering it but I’m not sure if it’s worth it or not. If anyone who is more knowledgeable or has had more experience with this stuff can chime in that would be great. From what I understand you need to constantly take vitamins and you can eat very very little. In all honesty I’ve half assed every weight loss journey that I’ve been on and I’m at the point where I’m considering surgery. Therefore, any advice as to what the drawbacks for the surgery are would be great.
