Hi everyone! I started my weight loss journey in December 2020. The first 20 pounds came off so fast and easily that I was both encouraged and motivated to keep going. However, as I should have expected, the weight loss slowed as I got closer to a healthy weight. I am officially 50 pounds down and no longer obese, but I'm still 15 pounds from my goal. What tips do you have for staying motivated at the end? I know it's going to be slower going but what is a realistic timeframe? For reference, I try to eat healthy but don't follow a particular diet or count calories. I walk and ride a recumbent bike 5ish times a week. Thanks in advance for any advice.
