Hello reddit! I have started my weight loss journey today:) I will be walking for an hour daily until I feel comfortable to jog! I will eat really healthy too! My goal is to lose 45-50 pounds! :) I hope I can do it this time! Does anyone have any advice for those just starting? I’ve struggled with weight loss for a long time and anything is appreciated!! I feel really motivated right now so I hope it remains that way!! :D
I can honestly say after my first walk I feel a lot better :) and to those who are struggling like me, just start small and have fun with it!! Find an exercise you really like and I promise It will all contribute!!
