I lost 170 pounds, maintained my weight since 2012, and started The Half Size Me Show podcast- AMA

I have battled my weight since second grade.I was only 8-years-old when I had my first of what would be many binge episodes. In my mid-30s, I finally reached my goal weight after many years of doing diet yo-yo cycles.

I found my deep " WHY" when my first son was born in 2006. I completely changed my mindset about losing weight by focusing on maintenance INSTEAD of weight loss.
I vowed that if I ever found a way to control my binge eating and lose weight, I’d use what I learned to help others. So I started the Half Size Me Show podcast in 2012 www.halfsizeme.com as a way to show others that weight loss, and keeping it off, was possible.
Over time this podcast has grown into a wonderful, diverse community of people. Every day I work to educate people on how to lose weight in a sustainable and maintainable way through webinars, courses, and resources.
I have been maintaining my weight since 2012.
I enjoy walks with my crazy Boston Terrier Daisy and hitting the weights at the gym. AMA
