Hello people! I’m extremely new here. So my background: my weight ballooned after I got married to 180pounds without me even realizing or noticing. Then I got pregnant- and that’s how I found out definitively that my weight was getting out of control (I’m 5’2). I kept my weight gain during pregnancy low, and since my baby was born in fall 2017, I lost all the baby weight and an extra 20 pounds. I’ve been tracking my food and eating carefully, but I’m not incredibly active. So while my weight loss was steady, the scale has not budged in over a month, close to two months. I also think I suffer from a bit of ppd, so getting more active has been a struggle. Also, I’m still breastfeeding. So please! Give me your suggestions! And if you suggest exercise, can you please be specific? Thank you in advance!!!!
