I feel weak and tired - is this normal?

F/21/5’4 145lbs

I’ve been using MFP for almost a month, but didn’t follow my goal until about 2 weeks ago. My goal cals is 1,200. I weighed in at around 158.7 lbs in the end of January. I’ve lost 8lbs due to my job (unintentionally) from February to April. Then towards end of April and now, I’m currently at 145 lbs. So in total almost 14 lbs.

I count calories pretty strictly, but just in case I overestimate a little for MFP. I do have a cheat meal to keep me sane, but it’s at most once per week.

I lost 4lbs in 3 days last week in which I was strict about my cals and was working out for 15~ min per day. I was not starving and was satisfied, and I remember for at least 2 days last week I was struggling to fill up my cals. Snacked frequently after my 16-8 fast. I also drink lots of water.

This week the number has not budged and I’ve been feeling weak and tired. I haven’t worked out bc I don’t have the energy for it and have been sleeping a lot to make up for the lack of energy. Yesterday, I had a cheat meal where I ate pizza, mac & cheese, and a popsicle. I felt normal that night besides the food coma and was feeling good this morning too, until this afternoon.

I’m disappointed bc the number on the scale hasn’t budged, but I’m also confused. I know it’s a lot more complicated than just a few factors bc weight loss has so much to do with your body comp, genetics, etc, but does anyone have any ideas? What am I doing wrong? Has anyone felt like this?
