Hi all, we have officially hit the two week mark so wanted to update y’all. I am currently down 4.8 pounds. As you can see no weight loss in week three. I’ve been keeping up with my running and what not. I think my current standstill is due to diet. I did my IF all last week, however wasn’t necessarily eating healthy foods. This week I ate a lot of pasta (quick and easy with the newborn). I plan on going grocery shopping tomorrow and getting healthy stuff to meal prep for my lunches. Dinner I need to find other healthy, quick, and easy options as well. Just got to keep pushing, get the diet on track and the weight will start melting off! Updated the progress on the resolutions below.
I set two fitness related New Years resolutions:
- I want to run 500 miles by years end.
- I want to average 8,000 steps a day.
So far I’ve run 46.95 (+15) miles and am averaging 11,278 steps. We’ve got this!
