I’m a 5’ 10’’ 30M SW:236/240 CW: 225 GW:199
Every day that I have Stepped on the scale for the past two weeks, at the same time of day, the scale keeps dropping by at least .4. I can’t believe it honestly.
I’ve stopped drinking, doing a strict Keto diet, and exercising daily. I’m basically intermittent fasting because my hunger levels have dropped.
I post this to brag and to inspire other people to keep cutting. I’m also fishing for motivation from other for sure.
My clothes are fitting better and people are complimenting my appearance for the first time in 2 years. We can all do this.
Calorie in vs calorie out!
I’ll also add that I was running marathons 3 years ago and due to depression, I gained a ton of weight. I’m learning that weight loss isn’t the end of the journey. Maintaining is definitely the hard part!
