Help me trust the process

I’m in a bind. I need a little encouragement. I (F/21/5’7”/193 lbs) have been stuck between 189 and 194 for two weeks.

I know it’s fluctuations masking what’s going on, I already did the little troubleshooting thing (yes I have an electronic food scale and yes I am weighing and logging everything even broccoli and unsweetened almond milk, no I am not snacking unconsciously and forgetting to log it, and yes I have confirmed I am still eating in a deficit in spite of recent weight loss).

This plateau is killing me a little because 191 is my barrier between obese and overweight BMI, and it’s really driving me nuts that I’m plateau’d right on the line. I just need a little encouragement to stick with it. I dropped my calories lower than I honestly probably should (I should be losing >2 lbs a week which is what I was averaging the last few months). I have had issues with disordered eating in the past and the fact that my weight loss has seemingly stopped is giving me these little intrusive thoughts like “see, [ED habits] are the only way you can lose weight!” And I know it’s not true! I just lost 20 lbs the healthy way.

Help me out here. Why is my weight stagnating, I haven’t changed my activity habits at all, and how long can I really expect this to go on? Can I jumpstart my weight loss again?
