I was recently prescribed Vyvanse for binge eating and adhd. They work together. I’m working with a weight loss clinic there’s medication, a physician, dietitian meetings monthly over seen by the physician and therapy all in one. It’s a godsend. I started medication today and it’s been lovely for both the adhd and binge eating. My body actually told me that it was hungry and usually I beat myself to it. I am realizing though that routines will be the thing that makes this venture into weight loss with medication successful. So what habits have you developed to keep yourself on track?
Like do you have a bed time routine for when the meds are starting to wear off? Do you meal prep? Do you try to do specific things before you take your meds? I’m doing cico as specific diets are really damaging for me mentally.
