hi everyone i’m 23 years old female i’ve been losing weight now for the past 2 years, I was 115kg at the start of my weight loss journey. In July, this year my weight was at 70.3kg almost hitting my 69kg mark!
I have gastritis which affects my eating, so with my diet I only have:
Breakfast: Three small poached eggs on sourdough bread
Lunch: a Bio health greek style yoghurt pot
Dinner: I have homemade meals which the limit was between 272kcals to 300kcals.
I also did a lot of walking on top doing at least 15k steps to 17k steps and on occasions do 20-21k steps if feeling up to it. I did lose overall 33kg I believe?
On weekends friday to sunday, I did little to no walking and literally had my cheat days.
Anyway in july I randomly passed out, the second i hit my 69kg mark. I was completely bed bounded for a whole month, whenever i moved it felt like i was on a rollercoaster, my head was so heavy. And overall generally really weak. Constantly kept passing out, I did some bloods test and my iron levels were slightly out of range. But took iron tablets and all fine. But during that time I did bump up my food intake, (just incase it was that) making my weight jump to 77kg (current weight its at now)
I’m trying to lose the weight again but have slightly more food in my diet this time.
by that i have my usual breakfast, and swapping out the bio yoghurt with a sandwich, have a smoothie which contains strawberries, rasberries, banana, oat milk, greek style yoghurt and protein powder, and having my regular 272kcals (along with a dessert which is a 172kcal apple crumble) my calories intake fluctuates between 1,400-1,500. But for the past 14 days I’ve been doing between 11k - 17k steps
However during my diet for example when i eat at 9am for my breakfast, i start to get light headed and shaky at 11am then at 3pm i literally rush home from uni to have my dinner at dead on 4pm because i would start to get shaky and light headed (last time i passed out again) i have had bloods done again and everything is fine and have been taking multivitamins which has iron included
it sucks because after i have my dinner at 4pm and try and not eat until the next day my body genuinely feels so weak that i cant move from my bed, i can hear my own heart rate, my heart goes to 98bpm to 100bpm and i get so shaky that my body goes into panic mode. And I don’t know how to stop that?
like if you guys get light headed how do you guys stop that without snacking? I’m trying to train my body so i can have poached eggs at 9am wait to have lunch at 12pm - 1pm then have dinner at 6pm. And I’m trying to train my body not to go into panic mode if i dont eat.
