Tips for excess skin???

Howdy y’all!

In the past year and a half I’ve lost 110 pounds (SW: 281 CW: 170) which is great and all but unfortunately I did not focus on protein and building muscle when I began my weight loss journey, so I have a lot of excess skin. In order of severity level my problem areas are my arms, my inner thighs, and my stomach. I’m incredibly proud of my weight loss and I’ve come a long way in loving myself however the excess skin (especially on my arms) makes me a bit self conscious at times. I would have no problem getting excess skin removal surgery, but truthfully I can’t afford it.

So I am asking for advice to deal with it without surgery. I will take recommendations for exercises, creams, treatments, really anything. Thanks in advanced!
