Little Tip!

Hey y’all I wanted to share a little tip that has been working for me. So I’m 21 and a college student I have been on my weight loss journey and I mainly only have breakfast and then dinner.

But I have found during dinner that if I eat well doing homework I pace myself a lot more and feel much more full. I can’t even finish a chipotle bowl anymore and I used too easily! So if you’re struggling with pacing or like you don’t feel full maybe do work or homework or something proactive well you eat I may help.

Just wanted to share in case it does help anyone.

Calorie deficit question

Hi everyone.

I recently started a weight loss journey including taking Phentermine to aide with energy and as an appetite suppressant. I am also getting active and hitting 8-10000 steps a day as well.

I have lost 5 pounds total since starting but realized now I am not eating nearly enough food daily for healthy weight loss. I calculated my deficit amount and it comes to 2200 but I am barely making it to 1500 calories a day.

What can I do to get my calories up with healthy foods. Will I immediately gain the 5 pounds I already lost switching now?

Thanks.
