I’m 15, and obese. Throughout puberty I’ve gotten heavier and heavier, and I can’t seem to lose it. I walk to and back from school for an hour everyday, and even the times where I’ve tried working out (45 mins a day) I still gain weight- due to the fact I am constantly hungry. I seriously never feel full, I’ve tried sticking to calorie intakes of roughly 1300 a day, but I just feel famished and exhausted when i do so. Without realising, I’m eating nearly double of what I should be most days. I weigh 200lb. I’m seriously concerned about my health, and feel if I don’t lose it now, it never will. Does anyone have any advice on how I should approach weight loss?
