Hello guys, I am new here and long time lurker on subreddit. I want to start my weight loss journey today. Im a couch potato and I sit in an office all day and dont have much time to excercise so I would be sendentary. Calorie Counters say at my age and height/weight 6ft 255lbs ,I should intake about 2700 calories. My question is what if I eat between 1400-2000?
I have bought groceries and started meal prepping chicken thighs with rice and peas for my lunch and dinner, will change sooner. Also started drinknig more water. I usually dont eat breakfast at all. Im at work 8 hours and going home to just relax and chill. On the losertown Calculator Im not sure about Calories Used 2754 and next to it is Deficit 754.56, not sure what it means to be exact, but my ideal plans is to eat 1400-2000 calories a day to begin my weight loss. Any input is appreaciated!
