I've been on my "weight loss journey" for a little over two months now. All the counting and figuring out where to get my protein has been stressing me out. What do you guys do when tracking is making you miserable?
I cut my calories and exercise because the idea of getting thinner makes me so happy, but eating is one of the few things that brings me joy right now. I'm starting to plateau in my weight loss, and I can't find it in myself to cut more calories than what I'm at right now. I know something is going to have to give, but I also don't want to force myself into an even more strict diet if it's not going to make me happy- I'm doing this to get happy!
