So I’ve been working on myself during quarantine because I finally don’t have social gatherings where I feel it is necessary to eat and drink which deters my weight loss goals. Over the course of the last 2.5 months I’ve lost 20 pounds. But I still want to lose another 20 pounds. (For reference I am 5’3 and currently 147 pounds). I saw my friends the other day who I hadn’t seen since I started my weight loss (due to social distancing) so when they saw me they said I looked ‘sick’, my face was looking ‘sickly skinny’, and that I should eat something. I know I am not sickly skinny because I am not even in a healthy bmi range yet, but now they’ve confused me and perhaps I am not seeing how I actually look. This is concerning because like I said I want to lose another 20 pounds. Has anyone had a similar experience?
