25F. 5’2. SW: 150kg. CW: 110kg. GW: 68kg. <40kg. PCOS sufferer and hypothyroidism. Hi everyone! First time posting! Ok so after years of being morbidly obese and almost becoming T2 diabetic, I decided to sort myself out and lose weight. Whilst I still have a long way to go, I’m happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I like to look at myself in the mirror now and I’ve always carried my weight well, even at 150kg. Unfortunately the weight loss so far has caused my belly skin to drop, plus my boobs (haven’t shrunk thankfully) are pointing incredibly south for my age.
I’m quite embarrassed with how saggy my skin is right now and I imagine it will only get worse with the remaining weight loss. I’ve accepted the fact I will need a tummy tuck but I’m terrified of surgery. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help? I know exercise alone won’t do miracles but I want to try as much as I can to see it will improve before going for surgery. Also thinking if it’s worth doing a combined breast lift and reduction too? Or am I thinking about too much surgery in one go?
I accept I will have saggy skin on my arms and legs too but they are fairly muscular (under all the fat, I build muscle fast) so I’m not too worried about those.
Any and all advice is welcome!
