Hi guys! I started my weight loss journey a little over a month ago and I dropped seven pounds crazy fast. I calculated some basic CICO, cut Diet Pepsi out of my diet, and started being a little more active, and it started working pretty much immediately; I dropped five pounds in the first 8 days.
Now I've noticed my weight is not changing much since that first week. I've only lost an additional 2 pounds in the last 3 weeks, and I'm up from where I was a week ago. I'm worried that whatever progress I made so far is actually not real progress, and I don't want to fall off the wagon. Do I need to kick it into high gear or is this pretty normal?
(I'm eating at a 400 calorie deficit, tracking macros in the hopes of losing fat and not muscle, and doing some light lifting as exercise 3 times a week)
