🎵Starting All Over Again🎵

Posting here before I make my husband and friends crazy with talking about my weight loss plans, goals and progress. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I decided to start my weight loss journey yet again on Monday, May 11.

Somehow I lost 5.5 lbs since Monday, May 11. I think it’s partly from increased water intake (80-100 oz), but primarily I think it was due to slashing my calories in half by counting calories BEFORE eating (big mistake for me to count afterward the first two days, that was eye opening!). I know that this rate will slow down drastically once my body gets use to the new normal...but here’s to hoping my will power sticks around.

Anyway, my first goal was to lose 26.6 pounds, only 21.1 to go.
