Hi all. First time poster but will try to be brief. Started my weight loss journey in JAN 2020 at 173 lbs (5’6 female). Through a mostly plant based diet & IF I was able to get down to 162 lbs by March 13th. I stopped following my strict diet when the pandemic hit and by the end of May I was up to 177 lbs. I started again August 1st by focusing on eating at a deficit, moving more and drinking less (much less strict then earlier in 2020) and got down to 156 before Christmas.
Since Christmas I have gained 2-3 pounds and the scale has been stuck at 158.6 all of Jan. I have been exercising more then ever and doing dry January so it seems like if anything I should be losing more than before. Any tips?
