Celebrating almost 30 Pounds down!

Hey guys,

Last year I really struggled with my health and self-image. I felt myself quickly balloon within a 2 year span. I have a history of scale anxiety, meaning i just don't like weighing in and knowing my weight. So i really don't know my highest weight - but my highest recorded weight was 230.9...seeing that number shook me! I'm 5'5 female. it snapped me into making improvements so in August 2020 I started taking my weight and health serious and start making improvements. For a few months I did exercise and began cutting back on fat food, drinking, late night meals, processed sugars and sweet snacks like cookies and ice cream. I've since lost almost 30 pounds, and i'm still steadily going. I'm really proud of my lifestyle improvements, and how it's improved my overall health - i don't feel as chronically fatigued as before, or as insecure.

Aside from my mom and boyfriend, I haven't openly discussed my weight loss accomplishments with anyone - i've just been silently turning my life around! But i'm happy to share this with you guys. Currently weighing in at 203.3 as of this morning. Can't wait to see a 1 on the scale again and be out of the 200s!!!
