I am a 35f with mild PCOS (hormone imbalance) and have put on about 20 lbs in that past year due to lower activity level (mostly due to covid, a small amount due to knee injury). I’ve never had to really focus on weight loss, and The option which seems most available is just a complete change in how I eat, but I also don’t want to fad/yo-yo diet. I’m increasing my activity level - body weight and cardio mostly - but would appreciate insight (or just support!) on how to best start. It’s amazing to see all of the people posting who have lost so much weight (so many triple digit weight losses!! Amazing!!), and I weirdly feel like I’m not “overweight enough” to be posting here for advice (I realise that might seem crazy, but it’s where I’m at). However - what is the internet for except to open ones self up to scrutiny and hope strangers have better ideas than you do!
