Every time I have tried to lose weight I’ve failed. Except for once, I lost 44lbs in 3 months doing keto. Then I gained it all back… and then some. Smh.
Sweet treats are my ultimately my undoing.
Started my weight loss journey about a month ago for probably the 10th time. Started rucking and taking Zepound. I’ve lost 11 lbs. proud of that. My birthday was last Friday the 26th and I only had one slice of cake. Also proud of that. Usually would have 2-3 maybe 4 slices lol.
Used to house 12-20 nestle tollhouse cookies in one sitting. Embarrassing. I also not it’s not good for me to cut out sweets entirely cause that will cause me to unravel and then binge. The zepbound helps with binging/cravings tbh.
Idk where I’m going with this just seeing if anyone can relate.
