Last Saturday, I began weight loss journey. It has not been easy at all to stop snacking, limiting my sugar, stop emotional eating and finding the motivation to work out.
Despite all of this, I came out on to!!! I was so nervous to step on the scale, in fear that I had not lost any weight. I had a cheat meal or two but I lost 2.2 pounds!!!! I know that’s not much but I’m so glad that it worked! If I keep this up, in a few months I’ll be so much closer to my goal
I hope this motivates someone to start their journey or to keep continuing theirs. Don’t fall into your old patterns. Embrace your new life. It’s not just about losing the weight but treating yourself the way you deserve to be treated. You can do this!!!
