I really need to change my lifestyle and I think this time if I have support and people encouraging me it would be so helpful. I’m looking to start like a little support group for weight loss. We can all be besties and help each other with stuff in a healthy manner to lose weight and not trigger our eating disorders or starve ourselves. I’m thinking of making a group chat on either iMessage or Instagram let me know what you guys want? We can share pictures of our meals and discuss any physical activity we did for the day, struggles, changes, what caused us to get to this point etc. This is a long term thing I want to build relationships with people not just something temporary. I’m female 20 yrs 5’5 270lbs and I have a very long way to go. So I’m looking for similar people who have a long journey to go that way we can all see each other’s progress and it will be amazing.
